Dutch Oven Biscuits
2 C flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbs shortning
1 C sweet milk
Combine dry ingredients, then mix in shortning. Add milk slowly, mixing into a smooth
dough. Roll out dough to 1/2" thick. Cut out round biscuits. Place biscuits into greased pie pan and set
inside heated dutch oven. Cook until tops are golden brown.
